My husband was awarded full custody. Fully agree that photos of him with the kids from babies til present time were extremely helpful. Other items of evidence we presented were; *text messages of the other party being unreasonable and flat out denying visitation periods. *Facebook photos showing the other party commenting on how great of a dad he was (picture of him reading to the kids and she commented on the photo) * Reciepts showing he paid the other party $700 per month even when he was not court ordered to pay child support. Plus children were still under his insurance. * Facebook photos of the other party posting harmful photos of the children such as 6 year old using a pacifier daily * Facebook live photos of other party doing kareoke at a bar when she should have had the kids at home after denying yet another court ordered weekend * phone or skype records showing how many times he called or attempted to call and talk to the children including the duration. A 25 second phone call was common with both kids being coached “tell daddy i love you and don’t wanna talk bye” which ended with my husband not even being able to say a single word to them before he was hung up on

Thank you so much for this website and the abundance of information. Leigh, first of all, congratulations on y’all winning custody! We’re currently compiling information, photos, and evidence of the mother deliberately keeping my husband’s young children from him. He’s an amazing father and she knows it. I have faith in this battle especially after reading testimonies like this.

Hang in there. It’s a long road but doable. Document as much evidence of the parental alienation. It’s a real thing!
